I did see this ages ago, but freshrpms rebuilt/updated xine-lib-moles to
match after a few days, and it was then able to succeed.

I currently have:
yum list xine*
Loading "downloadonly" plugin
Loading "skip-broken" plugin
Installed Packages
xine.i386 0.99.5-1.fc7 installed
xine-lib.i386 1.1.10.1-1.fc8 installed
xine-lib-moles.i386 1.1.10.1-1.fc8 installed
---
rpm -qa xine\* --qf="%{name}-%{version}-%{release} %{arch} %{vendor}\n"|sort
xine-0.99.5-1.fc7 i386 Freshrpms.net
xine-lib-1.1.10.1-1.fc8 i386 Fedora Project
xine-lib-moles-1.1.10.1-1.fc8 i386 Freshrpms.net

Since you have two copies installed, perhaps it is an arch problem ?

$ grep enabled=1 /etc/yum.repos.d/*.repo
/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo:enabled=1
/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-updates.repo:enabled=1
/etc/yum.repos.d/freshrpms.repo:enabled=1

Any other repos used or enabled, that might conflict ?

what do you get with: yum list xine*
