Packages updated for Fedora 8

Hi,

I wanted the latest cinelerra yesterday evening, so I updated it, but
also updated x264 and all packages that require it. I also pushed the
latest NVIDIA proprietary driver which I've been using on my machines
for a few days.

Oh, worth noting also is MPlayer 1.0rc2 with DTS working again and a
patch to have xv working through the compiz video plugin, which fixes
playback issues on intel video with compiz enabled for instance.

Please report any issues related to those changes ;-)
