Audio LAVC, couldn't find encoder for codec mp3.

It should work if and only if libavcodec was compiled with libmp3lame
support. In this case it wasn't, apparently.

In livna, I disable libmp3lame support in mencoder's libavcodec exactly
because there is a direct interface available already. I guess Matthias has
been doing the same.
