New Nvidia driver 100.14.23

Nvidia driver 100.14.23 is said as beta by the nvidia developers, but 
it's probably stable enough to go to the main repo (no issues here).

The new ati driver I'll test soon. Is it patched to compile against 
64bit 2.6.23 kernels?
