Updated ffmpeg

I'm not sure the policy of new ffmpeg packages are, but there's a patch that 
fixes the output of the AC3 encoder volume being much too loud (discuessed 
here: 
http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2007-March/025500.html).

I know lots of packages depend on ffmpeg, so I'm not sure if it's more ideal 
to try to just incorporate this patch or upgrade to a newer ffmpeg.
