OGMrip Problems

Anyone have OGMrip work for them? When I try it, it gets through the
first audio extraction but then fails for the first video one with some
generic error. I don't really know what is wrong but it doesn't work
(running from the command line doesn't give any reason, --debug doesn't
seem to work, etc.)  I've just tried it for the first time so I'm not
real familiar with it.
