New 100.14.09 nvidia drivers

Hi,

I've packaged the very latest nvidia driver. The huge version jump
somewhat bothers me, as it will be impossible to come back to any lower
numbering once we start with these new 100.x versions... :-/

Regarding the package's content, only one important change : I've added
a trigger on xorg-x11-server-Xorg's installation which re-enables the
nvidia driver, which fixes the empty Files section issue reported
recently.

If everything seems to go fine (I haven't rebooted to that driver
myself yet) and if no one objects to the version leap, I'll release
these packages to the main section in a few days.
