Indeed. That's because livna and freshrpms overlap and when they do,
they're not always compatible. We're working on a single merged repository,
but work is progressing very slowly.

No idea here, I don't use either.

The fishy thing is that faad2 has changed its license to something
we at livna think makes it non-distributable, so we stuck with the
last version before license change. But since freshrpms ships 2.5 and
people installing it kept running into weird problems with ffmpeg,
I've added explicit Requires: faad2 < 2.5 to prevent it.
I hope that explains it.
