libmimic, mimictools, and mimicdecoder packages

I've been trying to learn to make my own rpms and have come up with
libmimic, mimictools, and mimicdecoder packages that seem to work for
me on FC6.  These packages allow one to re-encode saved webcam
sessions from amsn into a more useful (and portable) format.

If anybody is interested in these packages, or better yet if Matthias
can be convinced to include them in the freshrpms repo, I've attached
my spec files.

Please keep in mind that this is my first attempt at creating rpms
from scratch so I'm sure it could have been done better.  Either way,
I'd really like this opportunity to give something back to the
community.
