vlc blocks updates for Fedora 6 and 7

I agree. For those who cannot wait, just download the latest .src.rpm from
freshrpms, remove the flac patch, dowload vlc-0.8.6.c.tar.bz2 from vlc site
and rebuilt it. It takes a while, but in less
than 5 min it will be there.
