Another dkms module for the repository

I've just pushed a slightly modified package for FC6. The main
difference is that I've named it "dkms-gspca" since it seems that the
idea is to have a newer version based on v4l2 ASAP.

I've only done limited testing, and don't know if :
1) The module actually works (as I don't own hardware to check)
2) The dkms entry entirely works (recompiling for different kernels)

So feedback would be very welcome :-)
