nvu package?

I already made one some time ago, planning on submitting it to Extras,
but as it was quite hard to build properly, quite a big bloat in the
end, and a program I wasn't planning on using myself, I never finished
the submission. This was a very long time ago, maybe the souces have
gotten cleaner since.

Anyway, since (AFAIK) there is nothing keeping nvu from going directly
into Fedora, that's where it should get added.
