mplayer / amd patch

In October a freshrpms user reported a problem with AMD + mplayer + mp3 = 
noise. I have a user reporting the exact same thing and the workaround works 
for him too:

Any chance we could get a freshrpms mplayer with this patch applied so users 
don't have to do the workaround (that most won't find)?

mplayer-1.0-0.33.rc1.fc6 is the problematic version.

"Conveniently" there is a security patch for mplayer which was just released 
(see their homepage). Perhaps that's enough to justify a new build and you 
could pop this in too. :)
