new ati drivers

I've been testing it the whole day on my Dell Inspiron 1501 (Radeon
Xpress 1150), here's my report:

- it's true! Xv no longer crashes when using GL overlay on x86_64, so
you don't have to force Xv overlay anymore

- resuming from suspend finally works! And it's also very very fast, I
was surprised of it, much faster than using the default radeon driver...

- hibernate fails with this error:
swsusp: Need to copy 122476 pages
swsusp: Not enough free memory
Error -12 suspending
not sure if it's fglrx's fault, anyway it was working before. I must say
that after failure I'm brought back to my desktop without problems, even
if cpufreq governor is somehow set to userspace instead of ondemand...

Anyway, my overall judgement is that it's worth to be sent to stable
repo, the imrpvements on both Xv and suspend are in my opinion too
important to be delayed.
I'd like to read some other experiences anyway...
