Package xine-lib-moles requires outdated xine-lib package

The issue is xine-lib-moles.  It's not supposed to use /usr/lib/libarts... on 
x86_64.  It doesn't matter that there is a 32-bit version in /usr/lib.  In 
fact, it can't link to it.
