ATI 8.40.4 release

Got it installed and seems to be working except for one thing.  There is
the "Testing use only" watermark that appears that also did during the
initial first release of the last driver they put out.  They had
corrected the problem with a new release, but it is back again I think.
Since you build the package, maybe this URL might help get rid of it or
maybe there are some instructions to remove it?  Although when you get
to the point about /etc/ati/control file, I have one, so that isn't the
problem.
