new ati drivers

[Dario Castellarin]

The kernel drm module fails to build on my  fc6 x86_64 laptop. Also, 
there's no trace of the new control panel, although the icon in the 
gnome menu changed, it still installs the old one.
Any clue on where I can find a build log to see what goes wrong?
