ATI proprietary driver 8.31.5 packages

Brent,

AFAIK, there is still _no_ support for AIGLX in the closed source drivers
from Ati. You an either wait until they do release drivers with AIGLX
support or use the open source radeon driver instead. XGL should work
though.
