dag/pine rpm for FC6

I've successfully built pine on FC6 by starting with
http://dag.wieers.com/packages/pine/pine-4.64-2.rf.src.rpm and making
the attached changes to pinepgp-0.18.0.tar.gz sources

Perhaps this info is useful for others [hence this post].
