perl-Video-DVDRip 0.97.11: missing dependency

Hallo,
 I'm updating to the new version of perl-Video-DVDRip on FC5 x86_64 but 
I get this error:
Missing Dependency: perl(Video::DVDRip::FixLocaleTextDomainUTF8) is 
needed by package perl-Video-DVDRip

AFAIK this perl module isn't needed anymore, as per-libintl 1.16 should 
have fixed this bug, from the dvd::rip release announce:

- Removed utf-8 l10n workaround which isn't necessary with
      libintl-perl 1.16 anymore.


So, is this a deprecated dependency from a previous spec file or what?
