mplayer: DTS file..

The ATrpms mplayer package takes precedence over the package from 
freshrpms.  Comparing the spec files for each package, it looks like the 
freshrpms package BuildRequires libdca-devel to provide DTS audio 
decoding whereas the ATrpms package does not.
