ipw3945 for rawhide and xine

This is what I needed to know :-) Fixed now, build tested (not runtime)
and pushed for FC6 freshrpms.
Rawhide users will have to rebuild the dkms-ipw3945 package after
uncommenting two "%patch" lines.
