ipw3945 for rawhide and xine

Simply updating to 1.1.3 is not enough for rawhide. There are three
patches on the ipw3945 site which need to be applied. They apply
with fuzz, but they work.

Err, seem to be four now :) I used pci_driver_init and the
two workqueue patches.
