[FC6] Missing Dependency: libwavpack.so.0

I think the solution is simpler than I thought.

It is just a a question of rebuilding ffmpeg (the current version of
freshrpms) with
faad2-2.5 installed.  Transcode is working again and vlc 0.8.6, also.
