new ATI drivers

Sadly it's still broken.
Neither suspend to disk nor suspend to memory works.
Both of which work just fine using the 8.30.3-1. So I'd appreciate
if you didn't remove them just yet.

I know we should report this to ati/amd, but it's just that I
lack the interest as long as they're binary blobs what they provide
and that earlier version works.

Moreover it's suspend breakage we're dealing with. It's henous
to test and almost impossible to get any meaningful debug out of it.

What I am wondering if wether these recent versions work on other
distros with possibly differently patched/configured kernels.

If I find the time I'll try those 8.31 and 8.32 drivers with
stock kernels (say 2.6.18.5 and 2.6.19.1), but we'll see...

cheers,
Tommi Kyntola
