Duplicate FC6 packages for Freshrpms+Dries

Yes, the Dries repo has many packages that are not in Freshrpms.  The
rare duplication hasn't bugged me too much except with some of the
Larger RPM packages (like the nvidia-x11-drv package).

It does however make it hard to know WHO to report issues to.
