Yes, the main ftp and ayo are on an HEANet server in Ireland, which has
been having problems for the past few days. I don't have more information
about the issue, unfortunately, but in the meantime you can point to any
other mirror listed at the bottom of this page :

http://ayo.us.freshrpms.net/

This affects also Dag's repository, for which I don't know of any
mirror :-/
