FC2 -> FC3 upgrade hint: compat-libstdc++

I've upgraded a number of systems now from FC2 to FC3 (using CDs) that
use FreshRPMs, and have experienced the below with all of them; it may
help some others.
Post install - after upgrading apt - and doing an 'apt-get dist-upgrade'
a lot of screen garbage comes up about unmet dependancies. At first it
looks like a nightmare, but all you need to do is install
'compat-libstdc++' off the CD (or from ayo).
Once that's done, you can finish fixing the rest of the minor problems
(ie, rpm -e amule diradmin, whatever has still broken deps) then a
dist-upgrade will fly by normally. Even post dist-upgrade,
openoffice.org needs this RPM.
Why anaconda missed installing compat-libstdc++, I'm not sure.

PS: I have also found that 'nmap' fails to upgrade, leaving the FC2
version installed linked to the old libstdc++. 'rpm -e nmap' then
apt-get install nmap and it'll be fixed.
